She immediately offered me a full refund, which I received, and tried very hard to find something similar to what I thought it was going to be. I like her designs and I highly recommend her, and her shop! Excellent customer service!

1 out of 5 starsIf I could give a rating less than one, I would. It’s 3/4/24 and I have not received the bag, so NO review. In addition, before purchasing the bag I sent 3 messages to the seller. I did NOT receive a single response from the seller. If one sells on Etsy or a similar site, be there to conduct business. I want my bag, or some proof such as a tracking number, I would greatly appreciate a response and some form of compensation. One particular girl is quite disappointed she did NOT receive her bag.
